Cancellation और Refund Policy

Patients pay the selected imaging centre directly. SavoScan does not currently hold patient funds, issue payment receipts for scans or process online refunds.

Contact SavoScan through the listed WhatsApp channel as early as possible. We can pass on a rescheduling or cancellation request, but acceptance depends on the centre’s policy and available slots.

If you paid a centre directly, that centre’s cancellation, no-show and refund policy applies. Please request the applicable terms before payment. Any refund must be requested from and processed by the centre that received the payment.

An enquiry, estimate or pending quote is not a paid booking and does not create a refund entitlement. Final prices are confirmed only after protocol, inclusions, mandatory charges and availability are reviewed.

If SavoScan later introduces online payments or booking advances, this policy and the checkout information will be updated before those services are offered.
